不同砧木对李叶片光合效能和生理生化指标的影响 被引量:6

EFFECTS OF FOUR ROOTSTOCKS FOR PLUM ON ITS PHOTOSYNTHESIS AND PHYSIOLOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL TRAITS

摘要 以毛桃、山杏、毛樱桃和江安李实生苗作砧木嫁接黑宝石李及安哥诺李,研究表明:毛樱桃砧黑宝石李叶片净光合速率(Pn)及反应生理指标的水溶性糖、还原性糖含量较高,光合产物输出率和植株生长量则较低,叶片中P,B,Mn,Ca,Mg有积累趋势;而安哥诺4种砧木间各指标差异不显著。除毛樱桃砧黑宝石李组合不亲和外,其他砧穗组合亲和性良好。 Plum varieties Friar and Angeleno were grafted onto 4 rootstocks, Cerasus tomentosa Wall, Amygdalus davidiana Franch, Armeniaca sibirica Lam and Prunus salicina Lind (var Jiang'an). The study results showed that the combination of Friar X C. tomentosa had highest net photosynthesis rate and contents of soluble and reducing sugars while its output rate of photosynthetic production and growth were low. P, B, Mn, Ca and Mg tended to accumulate in the leaves. No significant differences were observed in the indicators studied among the combinations of Angeleno with the 4 rootstocks. All rootstock-scion combinations, with the exception of Friar X C. tomentosa, were found to be well compatible.
