摘要
对影响离心铸造球墨铸铁套石墨组织的因素进行分析,采用优化成分配比,配入合金元素Mo、Cu;采用二次孕育,加入微量元素Bi;采用水冷与空冷相结合的强制冷却浇注工艺,达到了增加石墨球个数,改善石墨球分布均匀性的目的。
This article has analyzed the factors that affect the graphite structure of the centrifugal nodular cast iron sleeve. By adopting the distribution ratio of optimized composition, adding alloy elements Mo&Cu and then with secondary inoculation adding microelement Bi; as well as the forced cooling pouring process combined the water cooling and air cooling, the quantity of graphite can be increased, which improved the distribution evenness of the graphite.
