摘要
对超高功率电弧炉生产轴承钢的预脱氧工艺过程进行研究,结果表明:出钢过程中改变合金化顺序,用碳粉平衡掉粗炼钢水中的大部分氧,降低脱氧剂铝的用量,完全可以冶炼出低氧含量的轴承钢。
The pre-dexidation process for manufacturing the bearing steel with super high power electric are furnace has been researched in this article. The results shows by changing the alloy sequence during the tapping process, balancing the oxygen in the rough melted liquid steel with carbon powder, the amount of the aluminum can be reduced, but the bearing steel with low oxygen content can be melted as well.
