摘要
汽轮机组状态监测与故障诊断技术是保证汽轮机安全运行和正常生产的重要措施。基于AT-MEGL64高速AVR单片机的多功能同步数据采集器,利用片上的高速A/D转换芯片和AVR单片机的高速特点,不仅可以实现多种数据的采集,还可以对所采集的数据进行实时的信号处理,在采集端就能实现一定的故障诊断,大大地提升了整个系统的性能。
The state monitoring and trouble shooting technique for the steam turbine set are the very important measures to guarantee the steam turbine to be well operated. Based on the multi-functional synchronized data acquisition unit of ATMEGL64 high speed AVR SCM, by using the high speed A/D conversion chip and the high speed feature of AVR SCM, the multi-data acquisition can be realized and also the acquired data can be realtime signal treated, meanwhile the certain trouble shooting can be actualized at the acquisition end, which has greatly improved the performance of the whole system.
