从宏观酸吸收率到微观氧化度的计算和分析

摘要 为确定硝酸生产中NO氧化度分析数据的可靠性,从分析手续、分析原理、分析计算等方面论述了NO氧化度的取样分析方法,通过多项实际操作参数,例举了氧化度的计算过程和计算方法。结果表明,取样分析时,如果用质量分数表示化合氮的浓度则不能计算出氧化度,但可判断分析结果是否正确;如果用质量分数表示氧的浓度,应在进口浓度高于出口浓度时取样,否则存在取样分析误差或滞后现象。 In order to determine reliability of analyzed data of NO oxidation rate in production of nitric acid, the sample analysis method of NO oxidation rate was discussed from aspects of analytical procedure, analytical principle and analytical calculation etc. , through the multi-item of practical operation parameters, as an example the calculating process and calculating method for the oxidation rate were given. The result indicates when analyzing the sample, if using the mass fraction to express the concentration of nitrogen compound can' t calculate oxidation rate, but can decide whether the analyzing result is correct; in case the concentration of oxygen was expressed by mass fraction, the sample shall be taken when the inlet concentration is higher than outlet concentration, otherwise the sample analysis tolerance or the delay phenomena exists.
