降低全低温变换炉阻力的方法

摘要 分析了全低变工艺流程中变换炉阻力增高的原因,提出了增设焦炭过滤器,采用新型催化剂和开孔耐火球等项改进措施,结果表明,变换炉阻力明显降低,整体阻力可稳定在0.9 MPa左右。 Reason increasing pressure drop of shifting furnace was analyzed in the totally low temperature shift process flow, multi-item of improvement measures for adding coke filter, using new type catalyst and perforated refractory ball etc. were suggested, the result indicates that the pressure drop of shifting furnace is obviously reduced, the integral pressure drop can be stable about at 0.9 MPa.
