高聚物PP/纳米CaCO_3粉体共混体系相容性机理的研究 被引量:3

摘要 为探讨纳米CaCO3粉体与高聚物PP的相容性机理,比较研究了表面处理剂(S)、增容剂(PP-g-MAH)的增容作用。采用扫描电镜观察了纳米CaCO3粉体在聚合物PP基体中的分散行为及界面现象,建立了PP/纳米CaCO3粉体共混体系相容性机理的物理模型。结果表明,加入表面处理剂(S)—增容剂(PP-g-MAH)复合界面改性剂后,两相相容性进一步增加。 Comparison between surface treatment agent and compatilizer on compatible mechanism of PP/nano-CaCO3 blends was studied. The dispersion and interfacial action of PP/nano-CaCO3 blends was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and the physical model for compatible mechanism was established. Result showed that two phase compatibility was further increased after the addition of compound contact surface modifier of surface treatment agent and compatilizer (PP-g-MAH).
