核心竞争力是企业赖以生存和发展的关键要素。介绍了企业核心竞争力的内涵,分析了我国化工企业的现状及存在的问题,提出了提高化工企业核心竞争力的战略措施。
The meaning of enterprise core competence was introduced, current situation and problem in Chinese chemical enterprises was analyzed and the strategy for the improvement of core competence of chemical enterprises was proposed.
