微柱凝集技术在新生儿免疫性溶血病中的应用探讨

目的探讨微柱凝集技术在诊断新生儿免疫性溶血病中的应用。方法采用BioVue微柱凝集技术,对105例新生儿免疫性溶血病进行检测,并与传统的抗球蛋白试管检测法进行比较。结果BioVue微柱凝集技术与传统的抗球蛋白试管检测法无差异。结论BioVue微柱凝集技术能完全代替传统的抗球蛋白试管检测法进行新生儿免疫性溶血病的检测,其影响因素少,方法准确、可靠,适用于临床医院开展。

Objective To discuss the application of microcolumn technolique on diagnosing immuno haemolytic disease of the newborn. Methods Samples from 105 cases of haemolytic disease of the newborn were detected simultaneously by methods of microcolumn technique and conventional tube test and the results were compared. Results No difference was found between microcolumn technique and conventional tube test. Conclusion With easily and fast operating, microcolumn technique can be widely applied on diagnosing immuno haemolytic disease of the newborn, taking the place of conventional tube test in hospital.
