白细胞滤器对红细胞及血液流变学的影响

Impact on blood and RBC by WBC-filter

目的观察血液经白细胞滤器滤过处理(滤除血液白细胞)后红细胞血液流变学的变化,为临床安全输血提供实验数据。方法选择42例入库合格血液,应用白细胞过滤器去除白细胞,过滤前后分别进行血液流变学(全血高切黏度、中切黏度、低切黏度、全血还原黏度)检测。红细胞聚集指数、变形指数和刚性指数,红细胞电泳时间,游离Hb等红细胞相关参数的测定。结果经白细胞滤器处理后,红细胞各项指标均无明显改变,血液黏度轻度下降。结论用白细胞过滤器过滤去除血液中白细胞对红细胞、血液质量无明显影响。

Objective To observe the alteration of RBC after WBC reduction by WBC-filter and the effect of the rheologic properties on the hemorheology of the blood with WBC and with WBC reduction. Methods WBC-filter was used on the 42 cases of blood in blood-bank. To measure the blood viscosity（WBV）of high and low shear rate, RBC aggregation index（AI）, index of deformability, index of rigidity（IR）,erythrocyte electrophoretic time and dissociative Hb with WBC reduction. Results All parameters about RBC： aggregation index, deformability index, rigidity index and dissociative Hb had no change, blood viscosity gently decreased. Conclusion There was obviously impact on blood and RBC after WBC reduction by WBC-filter.
