急进高原体能变化与急性高原反应关系初探 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨急进高原前后体能变化及其与急性高原反应(AMS)之间的关系,为预防AMS提供可能措施。方法99名健康男性青年,在平原时和急进西藏高原后第4天接受折返跑速度、台阶指数、握力测试,无创检测体脂率、体重指数(BMI)、基础代谢(BM),采集指端血检测台阶运动5min后血乳酸,并调查急进高原后连续5d的AMS症状。结果与平原时相比,急进高原后第4天受试青年基础代谢和体脂率显著增加,折返跑速度显著减慢,握力无显著变化,台阶运动后血乳酸显著降低。AMS症状积分与籍贯、年龄、身高、体重、折返跑成绩、台阶指数以及握力无显著相关关系,但与平原时台阶运动后血乳酸浓度呈负相关,相关系数R为-0.615,P=0.007。结论平原时无氧耐力对急性高原反应具有预测价值。加强平原无氧耐力训练可能有助于预防急性高原反应。 Objective To explore the possible measure to prevent acute mountain sickness(AMS). To investigate the relationship between the changes of physical ability at pre and post- rapid exposure to 3700m high altitude and AMS. Methods In plain and at post- exposure to high altitude 4d, 99 healthy yang men were tested the reentry running speed , footboard index and grip strength, The body fat rate, body mass index and basal metabolism were measured by no-trauma method. The blood of finger tip was collected to detect the serum lactic acid in at 5rain post-footboard exercis. The AMS were examined symptoms of in successive 5d after rapid exposure to high altitude. Results Basal metabolism and body fat rate were increased significantly, reentry running speed and serum lactic acid post-exercise were decreased significantly compared with those of recruits in plain. Semeiologic scores of AMS was negatively correlated with the serum lactic acid post-footboard exercis in plain, coefficient correlation was -0. 615,P= 0.007,but not correlated with other indexes. Conclusion Anaerobic endurance in plain has the character to estimate AMS. Emphasis anaerobic endurance training in plain maybe helpful to prevent AMS.
