摘要 以10 mmol/L CaCl2溶液处理花生幼苗叶片后,将花生幼苗置于培养箱在42℃下培养,定时测定幼叶相关生理指标,并观察幼叶超微结构。结果表明:Ca2+处理能有效抑制高温胁迫对花生幼苗叶绿素的破坏和光合速率的下降,提高和保护了Ca2+-ATPase的活性;Ca2+处理能有效减轻高温胁迫对叶绿体、细胞核等细胞器膜结构的损伤。可以认为,Ca2+处理能提高花生幼苗的耐热性。 After being sprayed with 10 mmol/L CaCl2 ,peanut seedlings were grown in the incubator at 42℃. Some physiological indexes were investigated every three hours,while the ultrastructure of the young leaves was observed. Results showed that Ca^2+ could effectively inhibit chlorophyll content, decrease photosynthesis rate and improve or protect the activity of Ca^2+-ATPase.Ultrastructural observation showed that Ca^2+ could stay the membrane structure of organ elle such as chloroplast etc. to be destroyed effectively under the stress of high temperature. Ca^2+ could improve the heat tolerance of peanut seedlins.
