光皮桦离体培养形态建成过程中内源激素含量的变化 被引量:4

摘要 通过应用ELISA法测定了光皮桦在芽增殖培养基(改良MS+4.5 mg/L BA+0.01 mg/L NAA)和生根培养基(改良WH+3.0 mg/L IBA+1.5 mg/L NAA)上形态建成过程中内源激素的变化,阐明外源激素和内源激素的影响对离体培养形态建成过程中所起的调控作用。结果表明:在形态建成过程中,外源激素的添加使光皮桦某些内源激素发生了变化,从而对芽和根的形态建成起调控作用;内源激素ZR、ABA、IAA、iPA的增加对芽的形成、发育起到促进作用;内源激素IAA、ABAi、PA的增加对根的形成、发育起到促进作用。 The dynamic changes of endogenous hormone contents in Betula luminifera were mesured by ELISA during adventitious buds and roots formation,which were cultured on the modified MS medium of plus with 4.5 mg/L BA and 0.01 mg/L NAA and on modified WH medium plus with 3.0 mg/L BA and 1.5 mg/L NAA respectively. It was showed that the significant effect between endogenous hormone and exogenous hormone in vitro culture during morphogenesis. The results provided the properly combination for setting in vitro culture system. It was also proofed that exogenous hormone endogenous hormone to regulate the development of adventitious buds and roots during morphogenesis. With the increasing endogenous hormone, including ZR, ABA, IAA, promoting the development of adventitious buds , and with the increasing endogenous hormone formation and development of root system. ,including IAA, ABA, iPA, promoting the
