摘要
设计了内燃机工作过程仿真集成化PC平台.以缸内流体动力学为基础,耦合反映缸内工作过程的喷射、燃烧和碳烟生成等子模型构建了平台的多维模型;通过设置Compaq Visual Fortran软件的双精度运行环境,在PC微机上成功编译了KIVA-3V源代码;然后通过设计可视化模块,实现了平台计算与可视的集成化功能.试验分析表明:仿真平台能模拟内燃机缸内工作过程,准确反映客观物理因素对工作过程的影响,仿真误差小于5%,可以在内燃机行业推广.
This study investigated the design of the simulation software for in-cylinder process of internal combustion engine. First, The multi-dimensional model was constructed by integrating such sub-models as spray, combustion, soot, etc. into the model of in-cylinder CFD. Second, Double Precision System(DPS) of Compaq Visual Fortran was set and the KIVA-3V code was compiled by means of PC computer, Third, a special module was designed and integrated in KIVA-3V code for visualizing the solution by AutoCAD. Finally, the discussion was demonstrated by comparing and analyzing the predicted and measured results after simulating and testing Caterpillar3406 diesel engine. The results Showed that a huge number of data, figures and curves connecting with thermodynamics, emissions, as well as combustion procedure were obtained. It has been concluded that the software of multidimensional models for in-cylinder Process of Engine is workable, and can be applied to the internal combustion engine industry.
