摘要
研究了不同条件下大肠杆菌的伏安行为,该伏安峰电流与大肠杆菌的活性呈正比.通过伏安法所获得的大肠杆菌的增长曲线相似于细胞计数法所获得的结果.这种电化学方法被用于研究天然药物前体薯蓣皂甙元对大肠杆菌的影响,结果显示,该化合物能显著降低培养过程中大肠杆菌的伏安行为,具有良好的抗菌活性,可用作抗菌药.
The voltammetric behavior of living cells of Escherichia coli was studied. The peak current was positive with the viability of Escherichia coli. The growth curve obtained by voltammetric method was very similar to that by conventional cell counting method. This electrochemical method was also successfully applied to evaluate the effect of diosgenin on Escherichia coli. The experimental results showed that this natural compound could cut down the voltammetric response of Escherichia coli in culture course, which implied that diosgenin has good antibacterial activity and could be one kind of antibacterial drugs.
