With the gradual increase of mining strength and depth of a mine and the rapid advance of coal face, a single gas control measure in the coal face has not been able to satisfy the demand of modernized production, for this reason, several measures should be taken for the comprehensive gas control in a coal face. The successful gas control in No. 11217 fully-mechanized coal face explored a new way for the comprehensive control of gas in coal face.
