摘要
为合理使用山东烟叶,对2003年山东省14个烟叶基地生产的NC89、NC82、CF965、K326和云烟85等225个烤烟初烤烟叶样品X2F、C3F和B2F的石油醚提取物总量进行了测定。结果表明:①不同部位和不同产地烟叶的石油醚提取物总量差异显著;②不同品种烟叶的石油醚提取物总量的差异不明显。结论:采用不同部位和不同产地的山东烟叶调整卷烟产品的香气量效果应比较明显,而用不同品种的烟叶调整卷烟的香气量,效果可能不明显。
In order to use Shandong tobacco leaves reasonably, 225 cured leaf samples, including X2F, C3F and B2F, of NC89, NC82, CF965, K326 and Yunyan 85 grown at 14 production bases in Shandong Province in 2003 were extracted with petroleum ether. The result showed that: 1 ) the contents of petroleum ether extract in tobacco leaves from different growing areas and different stalk positions differed significantly; and 2) the content differences of petroleum ether extract between different cultivar leaves were not significant. The conclusion was that to adjust cigarette aroma with Shandong tobacco leaves from different growing areas or different stalk positions would be more effective.
