羊膜移植在翼状胬肉术中的应用

The application of human amniotic membrane transplantation in excision of pterygium.

目的观察保存人胎盘羊膜移植在翼状胬肉切除术后结膜重建及防止翼状胬肉复发中的疗效。方法对117例（143眼）翼状胬肉行广泛切除后，用保存人羊膜移植修补。结果术后2～3天角膜上皮修复，2～3周结膜血管化完成，与正常结膜不易区分。随访观察2～24月，治愈率91％。结论翼状胬肉切除联合羊膜移植术可有效地降低复发率。

Objective To evaluate the effects of conjunctival reconstruction and pterygium prevention after excision of pterygium with preserved human amniotic membrance transplantation. Methods 117 cases （143 eyes） were completely excised. Preserved human amniotic membrane was transplanted to cover the exposed sclera. Results Corneal epithelium recovered in 2 to 3 days after surgery. The neovascularization in amniotic membrane graft were completed within 2 to 3 weeks after operation, and it was difficult to tell the difference with normal conjunctiva. All the cases got satisfied curative effect（91% ）during the follow up of 2-24 months. Conclusions Pterygium excision with preserved human amniotic membrane transplantation can significantly prevent the recurrence of pterygium .
