丝裂霉素在超声乳化联合小梁切除术中的应用

The use of MMC on phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy.

目的评价丝裂霉素(MMC)在晶状体超声乳化联合小梁切除术中应用效果。方法在超声乳化小梁切除术中,将MMC棉片(浓度为0.2 mg/mL)放置在巩膜瓣下2分钟。结果术后3月眼压较术前明显降低,视力不同程度提高。结论超声乳化联合小梁切除术中应用MMC治疗青光眼合并白内障是一种有效方法。

Objective To evaluate the effect of MMC on phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy. Methods During the operation of phacoemulsiflcation combined with trabeculectomy, MMC （0.20 mg/ml） was used under scleral flap for 4 minutes. Results 3 months after operation, postoperative lOP was significantly lower than preoperation and postoperative visual acuity was higher than preoperative. Conclusions The use of MMC on phacoemulsification combined with trabeculectomy is a safe, effective and simple method for the treatment of glaucoma complicated with cataract.
