摘要 研究了硫化氢间接电解制氢过程中电极材料的性能,考察了不同阴极材料上镀铂厚度、镀铂方式对电极电化学性能的影响,并对阳极材料进行了筛选。实验结果表明,石墨可以作为电解反应器的阳极材料;阴极材料选择石墨载体上离子溅射镀铂,铂层厚度为0.01μm时具有较好的综合性能,但考虑电解反应器的能耗及镀铂成本,阴极可采用无镀层的石墨材料。 The performances of electrode materials for hydrogen production by indirect electrolyzing hydrogen sulfide were investigated. The effects of thickness of Pt cladding and method of plating Pt of different cathode on electrochemical performance of electrode were discussed. Also, the anode materials were selected. The results show that graphite is suited material for anode. The cathode which has the Pt cladding with 0.01 tan on the graphite made by ion beam sputtering has good comprehensive capability. But graphite without Pt cladding is an acceptable cathode material considering the energy consumption of hydrogen production and the cost of plating Pt.
