不同温度对苜蓿与苜蓿菟丝子种子发芽的影响 被引量:3

INFLUENCE OF DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES ON GERMINATION OF MEDICAGO SATIVA AND CUSCUTA APPROXIMATA

摘要 观测了8个不同温度下(5,10,15,20,25,30,35和40℃)3种苜蓿和苜蓿菟丝子种子的发芽率和发芽势。结果表明,苜蓿菟丝子种子的最适发芽温度为30℃,此时发芽率为9%,3d发芽势为6%,3种苜蓿种子的最适发芽温度为25℃,此时种子的发芽率为81%~84%,3d发芽势与发芽率相同。 The germination of three cultivars of Medicago sativa and Cuscuta approximata was studied under eight different temperatures(40,35,30,25,20,15,10 and 5℃). The results showed that the best temperatures of germination of Medicago sativa and Cuscuta approximata were 25℃ and 30℃ respectively. Under these temperatures germination rates of Medicago sativa and Cuscuta approximata were 81%~84% and 9%. The relation between germination patterns of Medicago sativa and Cuscuta approximata and their co-adaptation are discussed from the ecological point.
