It was introduced detailedly how to use VB language of computer to simulate the relationship between temperature and time during cooling and freezing of carcase of bovine and lamb .Following, essential idea of editing the program was described and it was analysed generally that the function relation between temperature and time during cooling and freezing of carcase of bovine and lamb in theory ,and explained the function in practice.
