Corrosion Behavior of Single Pulse Electrodeposited Ni-Co Alloy Coating in the Presence of Sodium Chloride Film

摘要 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜/能谱(SEM/EDS)及热重分析法研究了单脉冲电沉积法制备的Ni-Co合金镀层在NaCI盐膜下于800℃的空气中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,所制得的镀层在NaCI盐膜下发生了加速腐蚀,形成的表面腐蚀层疏松且与基体的粘附性较差。讨论了在该腐蚀环境下Ni-Co合金层的腐蚀机制。 The corrosion behavior in air at 800℃ of Ni-Co alloy coating covered with a sodium chloride film and prepared by using single pulse electrodepositing has been investigated by the application of XRD, SEM/EDS and thermogravimetric analysis. The results show that corrosion of the coating covered with the sodium chloride film has been accelerated, and that corroded loyer has been porous and baddly adheged to matrix. The corrosion mechanism of the Ni-Co alloy coating under the above mentioned corrosion environment has been discussed.
