摘要
1Cr12Mo电炉钢按常规工艺调质处理后其冲击韧度低于标准要求,主要原因是由于钢中存在强碳化物形成元素及碳化物在晶界偏析。采用正交试验法对钢的热处理工艺进行了研究,结果表明,高温扩散处理可使碳化物固溶,从而提高钢的综合力学性能。
The impact toughness of 1Cr12Mo steel quenched and tempered as per conventional process did not meet the specification, the reason of which was the presence of strongly carbide-forming elements in the steel and carbides segregation in grain boundary. The heat treatment process of the steel has been studied through orthogonal test method. The results show that the high temperature diffusion will cause solution of the carbides and consequently enhance synthetical mechanical properties of the steel.
