摘要
传统的气体渗氮工艺的渗速慢是影响其生产周期的一个重要因素。对渗氮工艺进行了试验,发现,两段电解气相离子催化渗氮是一种较理想的工艺,渗氮速度提高了近1倍,生产效率大幅度提高。
Slow penetrating rate of the traditional gas nitriding is an important factor affecting its production cycle. The research on nitriding technologies has revealed that two-step electrolytic gaseous ion catalyzed nitriding is a comparatively ideel technology, with penetrating rate two times faster than that of the traditional gas nitriding. As a result, production effectiveness will be considerably increased.
