摘要
尺寸为600mm×600mm×350mm的5CrMnMo钢大型模块采用850℃油冷淬火时,经常出现淬火裂纹,造成模块报废。在对模块的淬裂进行分析和精确计算其油淬冷却时间的基础上,对模块的淬火工艺做了改进,防止了淬火裂纹的产生,提高了锻模的强韧性和热疲劳性能,使模具的使用寿命提高了约2倍。
The large-size die blocks which measured 600mm by 600mm by 350mm and were made of 5CrMnMo steel would crack frequently during the quenching and be therefore scraped when they were quenched from 850℃ in oil. Based on the analysis of the die blocks crack and precise calculation of cooling time in oil during the quenching of die blocks their quenching process has been improved on, As a result, the crack of die blocks induced by the quenching was avoided and strength, toughness and thermal fatigue resistance of the dies were increased. Consequently, the service life of dies was elongated by about two times.
