摘要
目的探讨盲肠扁桃体提取物的生物活性。方法利用顺铂造成雏鸡免疫抑制,运用淋巴细胞转化试验、四甲基偶氮唑盐(MTT)比色法和测定白细胞介素-2(IL-2)分泌水平对提取物进行生物活性检测。结果提取物组的淋巴细胞转化率和IL-2水平明显高于抑制组(P〈0.01);不同剂量提取物(1:1000—1:10000)的吸收度值明显高于抑制组(P〈0.01)。结论盲肠扁桃体提取物在一定实验浓度能增强免疫抑制性机体的免疫功能,恢复正常免疫水平。
Purpose To develop a biotic activator that not only has the capcity of high performance and more pragmatic, but also can enhance the body immunity. Methods At first, chickens were injected with diamminedichloroplatinum in order to duplicate the immune suppression model. The activity of the biotic activator extracted from cecal tonsil was determined by the rate of lymphocyte transformation. Results The rate of lymphocyte transformation and IL-2 level of group is obviously higher than group (P 〈 0.01), data of A570 nm are higher than immune suppression group when the density of the extractive of cecal tonsil is from 1 : 1 000 to 1 : 10 000(P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The extract of cecal tonsil can obviously enhance the level of immune suppression induced by all kinds of rejection capability factors at some level.
