摘要
1958年，Sones在意外完成首次冠状血管造影时，他并未料到这件事对未来的深远影响。4年以后，当他报告1000多例经验时，该技术仍被许多心血管内科的权威视为试验性的而不予考虑。但是，冠状血管造影的使用开创了一个新的时代，它导致冠状动脉旁路移植手术以及常规处理缺血性心脏病的经皮血管重建术的快速发展。
