高应力冲击磨料磨损时,高铬白口铸铁应选共晶成分。细小的共晶碳化物之间的空间,能够对基体产生良好的保护。基体应是马氏体,它能抵抗冲击,变形小。
Eutectic composition should be adopted for high-Cr white cast iron used under high-stress impact abrasion condition. Minimized intercarbide space can be beneficial to protect matrix well. Matrix should be of martensite, because it can resist impact and has little deformation.
