摘要
对W-1.8/10型空气压缩机进行了技术改造。采用铝制中冷器,使排气温度降低了15℃;将二级气阀改为网状组合阀,提高了使用寿命;对动平衡系统进行最佳动平衡设计,减小了振动,噪声降低了2.02 dB(A),获得了良好的效果。
The technology improvement is made for model W-1.8/10 air compressor. A aluminum intercooler is used, and decrease exhaust gas temperature by 15℃. The reticulation combination valve is used for twoth-stage gas valve,the life is enhanced. The dynamic balance system is redesigned to obtain optimal dynamic balance, vibration is decreaseed, noise is decreased by 2.02 dB（A）. A good resuit is obtained.
