摘要
[目的]为预防和治疗高甘油三酯血症和脂肪肝的研究选择理想的动物模型。[方法]采用改良的高脂饲料,喂养昆明小鼠,SD、Wistar两种大鼠,造成高脂血症同时伴有脂肪肝,并对3种动物模型特点进行比较。[结果]SD大鼠高甘油三酯血症模型和脂肪肝的模型优于昆明小鼠、Wistar大鼠。[结论]在调脂新药和脂肪肝预防、治疗实验研究中,SD大鼠是较好的模型动物之一。
[Objective] To establish an ideal animal model in the research for treating and preventing fatty liver and hyperlipidemia. [Methods] The male Wistar rats, SD rats and Kunming mice were used differently and randomized into control group and model group. The model group was fed with high sugar and high fatty diet consisted of 10% grease, 1% cholesterol, 15% sugar , 74% common animal forage. The control group was fed with common animal forage. The index of serum TC, TG, AST , ALT; liver TC, TG, ratio of liver weigh/body weigh and liver pathology was observed. [Results] Serum TG, TC, AST, ALT; liver TC, TG, ratio of liver weigh/body weigh of the SD model group rats were higher than that of the control group. The difference was not found in other two animal model groups and their control group. Hepatocyte steatosis in liver was observed in the SD rat model group. [Conclusions] The male SD rat was the most optimum animal for reproducing an ideal disease model for studying the prevention and treatment of fatty liver and hyperlipidemia through feeding high sugar and high fatty diet for 4 weeks.
