摘要
对压缩机断裂的二级活塞杆进行了材料的化学成分分析、断口的宏观形貌分析、活塞杆螺纹纵截面金相检查以及金相组织分析,并对活塞杆螺纹冷滚压加工工艺进行了讨论,最后认为造成活塞杆断裂的主要原因是由于螺纹加工时出现齿顶整圈环向微裂纹,投入运行后使之崩裂形成缺口,该缺口成为后来疲劳断裂破坏的疲劳源。
Several accidents of rupture of piston rod have been occurred in the hydrogenation compressors in a petrochemical enterprise, and heavy loses were formed., The analysis of chemical compositions, macro fracture section face and metallurgical compositions as well as metallurgical examination in thread section of piston rod were first carried out in this article. The process of cold press form of threads on piston rod was, then, discussed. Finally, it was concluded that the main cause to make the piston rod rapture was hoop micro crack formed in thread fabrication, which split in the operation period and turned into the fatigue source.
