摘要 作者对近年来兴起的建构中国国际关系理论的努力做了一个初步的分析,指出在当前创立中国国际关系理论过程中存在4种不同的途径,但在这个进程中存在种种问题。作者认为这些问题都是一个开放的和健康的国际关系理论所必须也应该可以避免的。作者还指出,脱离理论史、学科史而构建新理论、新学派的尝试,要经过竞争而得到优于其他途径的优势地位这样一个较长过程。借助科学哲学的成果,对于学科史以及理论发展史进行重塑,才是切实可行的创建中国学派的第一步。 This is a brief analysis of the efforts to construct a Chinese School as an IR discipline. Currently, there are four different approaches to this end, each of which has its own shortcomings. For the author, none of these four approaches should be given a dominant position without social competition. What is most important now is not how to construct a Chinese School, but why it is necessary and possible The author argues that only through a careful analysis of the Western di ̄scipline, with the help of the achievements from SSK and the Philosophy of Science, on how theory is socially constructed, and how theory selection and competition were historically accomplished, can Chinese scholars clearly articulate the necessity for and possibility of a Chinese School rather than a refined Western theory. This should be the first step in the theory construction rather than be taken for granted as common sense.
