摘要
空调用保温隔热发泡板在生产过程中,因生产设备及生产工艺等方面的问题造成产品质量不稳定。通过制定技改方案,对生产设备进行了改进,并对生产过程中温度等工艺条件进行控制,使发泡板材的整体密度达标,保证了产品质量,同时也降低了生产成本。
During the production of thermal insulation foam sheet used for the air conditioning. The quality of the foaming sheet was unsteady due to the problems of manufacturing facility and production technology. By the technical reform of manufacturing facility and temperature ＆ density control in the production, the whole sheet density was standard. The quality was ensured and the cost of production was decreased.
