摘要
提出复杂机械结构结合面动力学建模和参数识别的方法。首先,在提出理想结合面和结合面元概念的基础上,阐述了新的建立结合面动力学模型的方法,减少了复杂形状结合面动态参数的数目;其次,通过对有限元模型的降阶修改,建立复杂结构低阶动力学模型,避免了在参数识别过程中反复进行有限元计算。以上方法在JCS-018加工中心立柱模型的结合面参数识别中得到了应用。
A method is proposed to establish dynamic models and identify the dynamic parameters of boltedjoints between complex mechanical structures. First, based on the proposing of the concept of perfect joint andjoint element,a new method of establishing joint dynamic model is put forward. It could reduce the number of jointdynamic parameters. Second,by the method of condensation and update of finite element model,the dynamic modelin low dimension could be obtained. Therefore,in the process of the parameter identification,the repeated calculation of finite element model could be avoided. The method proposed above is successfully applied in the parameteridentification of joint between column and bed of JCS-018 machining center.
