摘要
利用数理统计原理,针对复杂产品提出一种适用于其可靠性评定的矩拟合法。该方法是将部件和分系统试验数据折合成系统的试验数据,作为系统试验的验前信息,从而由二项式分布求任意置信度下的系统可靠度下限。计算方法简单实用,是复杂产品可靠性评定的较优方法。
in this paper,a moment conversion method for the sophisticated product reliability assessment ispresented based on the mathematical statistics theory. The basic ideas of the method are that the test data of theparts are converted into the test data of the system,and are regarded as the foretaste information of the systemtest,then the low limit of the system reliability can be computed by the binomial distribution on condition that thearbitrary confidence level. The method of calculation is very simple and practical,and is the optimum method of thesophisticated product reliability assessment.
