摘要
应用显微硬度计对高周疲劳不同循环周次下退火45钢光滑试样的铁素体与珠光体进行表面维氏显微硬度测量。结果表明,在疲劳寿命域内,显微硬度统计均值可分为上升、稳定及下降三个阶段。对应不同的疲劳阶段显微硬度分散性将有所不同。据此对试验结果进行了理论分析,并初步讨论了高周疲劳损伤过程的某些演化特征。
The Vickers microhardness of ferrite-pearlite on the surface of annealed 45steel smooth sample wasmeasured using the microhardness tester during different' cycle numbers under high cycle fatigue. It was showedthat within the fatigue life,the statistical means of the microhardness appear increasing,stabilizing and decreasing,and corresponding to the different period the scatters of the microhardness also appear different. Accordingly,theexperimental results were analyzed theoretically,and then some evolution characteristics of high cycle fatigue damage were discussed.
