露天矿煤矸石生产烧结空心砖初探

Discussion on the production of hollow fired bricks by coal slag in lignite open-pit mine

在吸取失败试验教训的基础上,从分析扎赉诺尔露天煤矿排放的煤矸石的材料性质入手,进行工艺路线选择、设备选型、关键技术处理等实践,采用“搭配均化、强化破碎、陈化处理、真空成型、自然干燥、轮窑焙烧”的技术路线,成功生产出全煤矸石烧结空心砖。

Full coal slag sintered hollow bricks were successfully produced through choosing appropriate process, machine and key technology. The technique included homogenizing, strengthened crash, aging, vacuum forming, natural drying and circular kiln calcinations.
