摘要 通过测量硅烷交联聚乙烯绝缘的机械物理性能(或力学性能)等参数,探索了水煮交联工艺对产品质量的影响。试验表明,在温水交联过程中,晶体结构也在进行调整;无论水解缩合交联和晶体结构调整都与水温和水处理时间有关。只有完成结构调整,消除内应力后,才有可能降低应力开裂,并且交联只影响交联结构敏感的高温力学行为,而室温下力学性能几乎不变。 The effect of the warm water cross-linking process on the quality of Si-XLPE cables was investigated by measurement of the mechanical/physical properties or chemical properties, The test showed that the crystalline construction adjusts itself during the warm water cross-linking process. Both the cross-linking reaction of hydrolysis condensation and adjustment of crystalline construction depend on the water temperature and duration of water treatment. Only after the adjustment of crystalline construction has been completed and the internal stress has been relaxed can stress cracking be reduced. The cross-linking process affects only the high temperature mechanical behaviour that is sensitive to the cross- linked construction while the room temperature mechanical behavioar remains more or less unchanged.
