摘要
电缆聚乙烯绝缘或护套挤出加工温度高,若冷却方式和冷却温度不当,易产生环境应力开裂或表面缺陷。本文对聚乙烯挤出过程中表面缺陷种类和产生原因进行了分析,并提出了解决的措施。
Environmental stress cracking and surface defects may occur on PE cable insulation or sheath due to high extrusion temperature and inappropriate cooling method and temperature. This paper analyses the category of and causes to the surface defects during extrusion of polyethylene and presents counter-measures.
