摘要
火力发电厂煤粉系统存在自燃和爆炸等问题,一直是防爆设计的重要内容。煤粉系统的安全隐患主要是由煤粉的低温燃烧引起的,所以必须对火灾的早期阶段进行监控。传统的多传感器系统对火灾的早期预报效果不是很明显,故采用多个气体传感器和微处理器组成多传感器系统,经过信号的采集和处理得到了较好的监测效果。
The explosion-proofed design is an important issue in thermal power plant due to the spontaneous combustion and explosion occurred in coal powder system. The potential safety hazard is caused by the low temperature burning of the coal powder, so it is of great significance to detect the fire in early stage. The traditional multi-sensor system achieves the aim inefficiently. A new alarm system is designed in this paper which is made up of a few gas sensors and a microprocessor. Practical test result shows that the system provides a better performance.
