摘要 本文分析了材料为30CrMnSiA无人驾驶飞机油箱焊接件产生焊接裂纹的原因与裂纹类型。裂纹的主要原因是焊接工艺不当,内应力过大,磷偏高,裂纹类型属冷裂纹与延迟裂纹。并以焊前充分预热,焊后缓冷,即时去应力回火,严格装配要求,减小焊接线能量及保证原材料质量等方面采取措施,有效地防止产生焊接裂纹。 This paper analyses causes of welding crack produced in welded oil tank of 30CrMnSiA of unmanned plane and crack types. It shows that the main causes of cracking are due to: internal streso,too high phosphorus content,and types of crack are of cold crack and delayed crack. Measures adopted to effectively provent welding crack are fully preheating before welding, slow cooling after welding,immediate tempering for stress relieving, strict requirements of assemble, reducing energy of welding wire,eusuring quality of material etc.
