摘要
本文阐述了链轮处在外啮合工况时齿形的设计方法，即外啮合链轮齿槽形状廓线及其方程；链轮外啮合时重合度的计算及提高重合度的措施。
The paper expounds the design method of tooth form when sprocket is at the condition of external enganement.The content involves the profile and its equation of externl engagement sprocket;the calcualation of coincidnce coefficient and the measures of improving it.And through a living example,the paper introduce the design process of tooth form of external engagemant sprocket concreterly.
