摘要
本文给出了双圆弧齿轮轮齿有限元分析的基本方程,讨论了边界条件的选取、节点间的距离等模型选择问题及齿轮的模数、螺旋角、齿宽、齿数、齿圈厚度等参数对齿轮轮齿固有特性的影响。本文认为,取齿圈横截面上的节点全部固定的模型,只要单元不过分畸形,用有限单元法对双圆弧齿轮轮齿的固有特性进行分析是可行的;影响双圆弧齿轮轮齿固有特性的主要结构参数为螺旋角、模数和齿宽,随着这些参数的增加,其固有特性呈下降趋势。齿轮的齿圈厚度。
In the paper, basic equation of finite element dynamics analysis for double circular arc gear tooth is given. The method for choosing boundary condition and distance between node points is discussed. The effect of module、 helix angle、face width、number of teeth and thickness of nave collar on proper freuqency is analyzed. we obtain follow consulation: If the point at nave collarsection is fixed and shape of elements is harmonious.the finite element method may be used in solving vibration freqency and model of double circular arc gear tooth. Main parameters effecting intrinsic attributes of geartooth is helix angle 、face width and module. The effect of nave collar and number of teeth is weak.
