感应淬火齿轮台架接触疲劳试验研究

Experimental Research on the Contact Fatigue of Induction Hardening Gear

通过试验研究获得了两种钢材感应淬火齿轮的接触疲劳极限应力，作出了它们的“Ｐ－Ｓ－Ｎ”曲线。采用ＡＣ薄膜复形技术记录了齿面损伤形貌。

The induction hardening gears contact fatigue limit stress of two kinds of material were attained, and its “P S N” curues were carried out.The damage modality to teeth surface were recorded with the reversion technique of AC paper layer, and the typical damage modality of contact fatigue were analysed.
