摘要
通过试验研究获得了两种钢材感应淬火齿轮的接触疲劳极限应力,作出了它们的“P-S-N”曲线。采用AC薄膜复形技术记录了齿面损伤形貌。
The induction hardening gears contact fatigue limit stress of two kinds of material were attained, and its “P S N” curues were carried out.The damage modality to teeth surface were recorded with the reversion technique of AC paper layer, and the typical damage modality of contact fatigue were analysed.
