复合材料层合板低速冲击后压缩损伤特征研究 被引量:13

摘要 试验研究了5224/G803和5224/G827两种复合材料层合板低速冲击及冲击后压缩载荷作用下的损伤特征。结果表明,两种层合板低速冲击损伤特征基本相同,均存在分层、纤维断裂与基体裂纹。5224/G803层合板冲击正面和背面在压缩载荷作用下的损伤特征相同,均为纤维基体剪切断裂。而5224/G827层合板冲击正面在压缩载荷作用下为纤维基体剪切断裂失效,冲击背面则以分层损伤为主。 The damage characteristics of the composite laminates under low velocity impact and the succedent compression were researched. The results show that the damage characteristic of low velocity impact of composite laminates 5224/G827 and 5224/G803 are the same and there are delaminations, substrate cracks and fiber fracture in the composite laminates. The damage modes of the impact surface and the impact back surface for composite laminate 5224/G803 are beth shear fracture of fiber and substrate under compression after low velocity impact. However, the damage modes of the impact surface and the impact back surface for composite laminate 5224/G827 are shear fracture of fiber and substrate and delamination respectively.
