摘要
某发动机后轴系石墨密封环虽经结构改进,在试验中依然多次发生断裂。本文通过尺寸测量、断口观察和痕迹分析,对断裂的原环和改进环进行了分析。结果显示,两种石墨密封环的断裂都是由于磨损失效所致。石墨密封环的特殊结构是造成其磨损和断裂的主要原因,石墨材料不耐磨是另一原因。为了防止失效的再次发生,本文给出了相应的改进建议。
The graphite seal rings of an engine aftershafting fractured several times during test although their structures have been improved. Through dimension check, fractures observing and vestige analysis, a cracked original ring and an improved one have been analyzed. The resuits show that fracture of two seal rings should attribute to wear failure. The special structure of the seal tings is the main reason that they wear and fracture. The lower abrasion resistance of graphite is another reason. In order to prevent another failure, some snggestions are provided.
