VG等离子体质谱仪技术改造

摘要 首次在国内对英国VG公司进口的PQ-1型等离子体质谱仪进行了技术改造,研制了新的质谱仪接口,PQ—1的检出限降低2-4倍,稳定性提高一倍多。对其真空控制器和机械泵及某些零部件进行了替代和国产化,并加装了自动关机装置。还对PQ—1的某些电路进行了改进,从而提高了质谱仪工作的可靠性,降低了故障率,延长了使用寿命。所有这些,为我国今后开展感耦等离子体质谱仪的仪器研制工作打下了基础。 篒t is for the first time that some improvements on a VG PQ-1 Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer (ICP-MS)imported from U. K. We dev1oped a new interface that improves its technical performance. The detection limit of PQ-1 is lowered by 2-4 times,and the stability increased by over one time. The 1105 Vacuum Control1er,the mechanical pump as well as some spare parts were replaced by Chinese-built ones,and an automatic shutdewn equiment was installed. Besides,some circuits of PQ-1 were improved- thus increasing its reliability and forre..ing its stop rate,and its life of service is pro1ongedl All this has laid a fundation for the future study on ICP-MS in China.
