摘要
以十六醇和P2O5为原料,分别合成了三种单双酯比例不同的十六醇磷酸酯皮革加脂剂,通过应用实验对它们的加脂性能进行研究,确定了单酯和双酯分别在加脂中所起的作用。结果表明,双烷基磷酸酯酯含量高的磷酸酯能赋予皮革更好的柔软性能和防水性能,单酯会使皮革产生明显的增厚。
Three kinds of phosphate fatliquors were prepared by hexadecyl reaction with phosphorous pentoxide. Those fatliquors have different ratio of monoester/diester. The application experiment was carried out and the effect of monoester and diester to fatliquoring was studied. The result showed diester made leather more supplenese and better waterproof than monoester. Monoester increased the thickness of leather greatly.
