摘要
酒店类企业必须靠高质量的服务参与竞争,赢得发展机会。如何建立一个科学、合理、有效、客观、公正的绩效管理体系已成为酒店业发展的当务之急。本文通过借鉴有关企业绩效管理的成败得失,同时结合实际国情,提出了一套适合我国酒店业发展的绩效管理体系,并指出了绩效管理实施过程中应注意的问题。
Our hotel industry must enter the competition by improving their service and win the opportunity to develop. Therefore, how to establish a scientific, logical, effective, objective and equitable system of performance management has become a matter of great urgency for our hotels in these days. On the basis of analyzing the present situations, this essay puts forward a set of performance management system for the hotels in China, and points out some problems that should be attached more attentions to in carrying out the performance management.
